Prime Collaborative, led by CEO & Founder Hannah Abad, helps high achievers who are operating in survival mode to build resilience and experience peace. They have successfully worked with many high achievers, guiding them through a transformative process.

Prime Collaborative engaged with the RCM team as they were often asked  “What do you do? How do you help?”. They struggled to provide clear answers to these questions in a straightforward and succinct way to illustrate their purpose and value.

We started with a comprehensive process that included stakeholder interviews, in-depth research, and strategic analysis. We then crafted detailed audience personas, conducted a competitive review, white space mapping, a brand and messaging framework and so much more. 

Our analysis revealed an opportunity to refresh Prime Collaborative as Hannah Abad Coaching, shifting the focus back to its core competency—Hannah Abad herself. Her unique expertise and approach were the heart of the brand and Prime Collaborative’s identity was inseparable from Hannah. We then refined the brand strategy to align with this next phase of growth.

Through this process, Hannah gained a clearer understanding of her market position, the distinct needs and values of her audience, her brand story, and branding cornerstones. With this newfound clarity, Hannah is now well-equipped to confidently answer the question, “So, what do you do?”, setting the stage for continued success and sustainable growth for the business.
