The Textile Factory

Bringing new life into vintage spaces.

With a specialty in creating modern spaces for new and established businesses, the focus is on rejuvenating historic buildings that are underutilized to create modern, creative and collaborative workspaces.

The Textile Factory, built in the 1800s, is a  historical building with a long-standing history in textiles, hence its name. With its location being less than an hour from the city of Toronto, The Textile Factory is in an ideal location to be a complex that caters to the area,  containing a variety of commercial and residential properties. Our task was to create a brand identity for The Textile Factory that would be distinctive and memorable.

The Red Cat Marketing team accomplished this goal by creating a comprehensive brand strategy and identity including a style guide, mood board, logo, and brand voice. We also created site signage to be used during the construction, as a beacon to passersby. The logo really tapped into the unique heritage of the building, capturing the history and charm, while also balancing a modern edge.
