Parker Services identified an opportunity in the market to expand their offerings and add services to their business, targeting a unique, new audience. This pivot necessitated a refresh of their brand, leveraging the strong values built up over 10+ years in business, and building on that foundation. To achieve this, we crafted a comprehensive brand strategy, with a visual brand refresh. 

The brand strategy consisted of an in depth discovery process including a competitive audit, culture review, geographic summary and an economic impact review. Target audience definition and journey mapping helped us identify unique characteristics that informed the brand definition.  

Working through the brand architecture was critical, as Parker Services was adding a new offering to their existing suite of services. The brand strategy tapped into their foundational core values, and built on the legacy they currently had in market, while ensuring the brand was fresh and relevant to the audience, and to the market in general. With the company’s aggressive plans for growth, we future-proofed the brand, building it for continued expansion.
